Effect Description:
The exact function of this effect is currently unknown. It may be an AoM leftover.

This effect has something to do with skipping/starting scenarios in a campaign. In AoM a window popped up and you were asked whether you'd like play the next scenario or skip it and go on with the one after it. Here in AoE3 the window pops up as well, but since the game uses a different campaign system, which doesn't let you make your own campaigns (you can only overwrite Blood, Ice, Steel), it is suspected not to work and useless, since you can't make custom campaigns anyway at the moment.
