Basic Use Of Tool
This tool changes the elevation of the whole map moving it up or down. Note that it will not level out your map, so if one section is more elevated then another it will rise or lower at the same rate as the other parts of the map.

Advanced Use Of Tool
The Reset tool can be used to reset the elevation of the whole map to normal
If the Allow Movement Past Ceiling box is selected, then you will be able to raise the map elevation past the ceiling this can be used for a certain things, it can also be used to increase the zoom of your map as well.
