Effect Description:

Modifies the stats of (all units of) a unit type. Does not fully work though.

Effect Parameters:

ProtoUnit: The unit type that is supposed to be modified, selectable through a list of protounits.
Player: Whose units will be affected.
Field: Which type of stats will be modified. Not all of these work on all units though.

Stats that work on most units:

  • Hitpoints
  • Speed
  • LOS
  • Train Points (how long it takes for a certain unit to be trained)
  • Build Points (how long it takes for a certain building to be built, if you change this value so that it's smaller than 0 the building will be built even without a villager having to reach it)
  • Max Contained (how many units a unit/building can contain, for example a ship)
  • Population Count (how many pop slots a unit/building counts towards the population)
  • Pop Cap Addition (how many new pop slots a unit/building produces, for example a house)
  • Build Limit (how many of a unit/building can be produced)
  • Cost (resource type)

Stats that are suspected not to work at all or to work only one some units:

  • Lifespan
  • Recharge Time
  • Range/Minimum Range
  • Healing Rate/Healing Range
  • CarryCapacity (resource type) (works for crates of resources, but only increases the capacity, not the actual amount of resources)
  • Attack/Bonuses

Delta: The amount of what you want to add/subtract from the stat. -10 for example means 10 less, 548 for example means 548 more. So if you modify the Longbowmen's hitpoints by 548, they'll have 643 hitpoints (95+548=643).

Notes:

These stats are remnants from AoM. AoE3 is technically partially new, so some of them don't work any more.
