Player set hc access

Player set hc access is an Effect which is accessed from the Triggers menu. You can learn more about the Triggers window here. You can learn more about using effects here.

Effect Description:

Determines whether a player can use his Home City or not.

Effect Parameters:

Player: The respective player.
HC Access On: ON = Can use Home City, OFF = Can't use Home City (the Home City button and the experience bar will disappear).

Notes:

Very useful for RPGs.
