Send chat

Send chat is an Effect which is accessed from the Triggers menu. You can learn more about the Triggers window here. You can learn more about using effects here.

Effect Description:

This effect lets a player send a chat to every player (or makes it appear as if a player has sent a chat).

Effect Parameters:

From Player: select the player that should send the chat.
Message: the actual chat.

Notes:

• If you want to get rid of the player's name and the little icon next to the chat, showing for example Queen Elizabeth, set "From Player" to 0. This will show the text only, which you can format with HTML tags like <color> and <font>.
• If you want to replace the player name with your own text, you can use Send spoofed chat. If you want to send the chat to a specific player, use Send chat to player and Send spoofed chat to player instead.
